The legend of Polish rock music, established in 1977. In the early 80’s they became one of the most popular rock bands in Poland. The gigs at major Polish festivals, like Jarocin Festival or fast selling debut "White Album" released in 1981are the best proof of popularity.


There we Bogdan Olewicz’s lyrics were a response to the difficult political times in country. Perhaps the greatest hit of the group, "Autobiography" coming from the LP "UNU" in 1982, became an unofficial rock anthem during the martial law in Poland.

In 1983, the band has been solved by Zbigniew Holdys. The musicians tried to continue their careers with other projects, also returned to the stage under the common name for single concerts. The final reunion occurred a decade after the dissolution. Spontaneous reactions of the audience at the concerts prompted Perfect to continue recording music too - following years brought six albums: "Jestem" (1994), "Geny" (1997), "Śmigło" (1999), "Schody" (2004), "XXX" ( 2010). Discography of the band closes with "DadaDam" from 2014.

Last year was exceptional for Perfect. Their 35th anniversary was celebrated in the best possible way – with a monumental concert tour, which covered more than 30 cities and was mostly sold out. Later, Perfect was awarded the Artist of the 25th anniversary of Radio RMF FM. The band landed at the first place on the All Time Polish Top list of Polish Radio Three. At the 52. National Festival of Polish Song in Opole, Perfect won two SuperJedynka awards - for the song "Wszystko ma swój czas" (category Super Hit) and the second awarded by the audience.

In 2016, Perfect want to confirm that is still an absolute star and number one on the Polish rock music scene. At the end of January album “Jestem” was reissued, with which the band returned in 1994 after a period of suspension of activities.
